You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or worn in any way.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
  • The item must be returned in the correct size as per the original order.
  • Final sale or non-returnable items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (defective product, wrong purchase,)
    • Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
  2. Return Approval: After we review your return request, if it’s approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged, return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  • Customer Remorse: If the return is due to reasons such as an incorrect purchase (e.g., wrong size, color), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Return Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused condition.
  • Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days
  • Processing Time: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

We understand that sometimes the item you receive may not be exactly what you expected. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

    • Order number
    • Item you wish to exchange
    • Reason for exchange (e.g., wrong size, color preference)
    • New size/color/style you would like to receive.
  2. Exchange Approval: We will review your exchange request and, if approved, will send you a prepaid return label for the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Shipping and Costs: If the exchange is due to a customer’s error (e.g., wrong size or color), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, the shipping for the new item will be free.

Please Note: Exchanges can only be processed if the item is in new, unused condition and within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Fast Refunds and Easy Returns

  • We process refunds within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • No restocking fees will be charged on returns or exchanges.
  • Free return shipping for defective or damaged items.
  • If you are exchanging an item, the shipping for the new item is free (customer error exchanges still require return shipping cost).

Non-Eligible Returns and Exchanges

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
